Our community needs leaders who have a demonstrated commitment to serving the public, have a strong sense of responsibility for protection of the environment, are good stewards of our creeks and beaches, and have a vision to plan for the future. I have demonstrated my commitment as Director for 10 years, and as an environmental planner for over 20 years I have credentials to continue to meet the planning and environmental imperatives of the District. My strong commitment to serving the community, and tenure as a public official ensures that I am able to plan and implement sound environmental, water and governmental policy.

I have been involved in local public office since moving to Mission Viejo, and base my environmental consulting business here. I am a Board member of the Orange County Water Association, and actively involved in the South Orange County Chambers of Commerce, American Planning Association and the Association of Environmental Professionals. I have been involved in environmental planning as a member of academic, public and private sectors for over 20 years. My occupation demands that I stay abreast of environmental regulations, and keep in constant contact with planners and public officials throughout Orange County. My commitment and tenure as public official ensures that I am able to plan and implement sound environmental, water and government policy.
