- Occupation: Director, Santa Margarita Water District
- Principal of SFC Consultants, an environmental consulting firm which Saundra founded in 1997.
- Certified in California as a Registered Environmental Assessor.
- OSHA certified in hazardous materials management.
- Educated as an environmental planner at the University of California at Santa Barbara and graduated with a BA in Geography in 1986.
- Currently serves as Director and was formerly President and Vice President of the Santa Margarita Water District.
- Married eight years to Jeff Jacobs and she has four step-daughters, Sarah, Annie, Emily and Laura. Saundra will be step-grandmother in January 2003.

- Reduce water rates further.
- Reduce property taxes associated with District infrastructure further.
- Seek alternative sources of water to achieve our water resource goals.

- The District election is non-partisan, and I have attempted to
- balance the needs of our customers, our Employees' Association and
- Developer interests within our district.
