Annexation of Unincoporated Orange County Property

This information is provided by the candidate
Work with the County of Orange and property of proper just north of our City to make sure any project meet the housing standards of Brea.
Just north of our City limits is a large parcel of unincorporated land, which will be annexed into the City of Brea within the next 5 years. Since the property owners will be processing their developemnt through the County of Orange, this property falls within our SOI (Sphere of Infulence) the County will look to us to take an active roll in this project. The roll we play must be proactive to insure a project this meets all the safety, health and zoning ordinances of the City of Brea.
