Helping the diverse community of the WSD becoming a part of the WSDOur community is a very diverse group with many different races, creeds, and cultures. As a Board member I will strive to give each group a voice. I would like to see the forming of a Diversity relations committee which would be made up of representatives of these groups. This committee would advise the Board on what strategies would be the most effective in working within the community. Each Board member would be able to appoint members to the committee. |
