  • NO DEREGULATION OR PRIVATIZATION OF GROUNDWATER RESOURCES. Current proposals call for selling groundwater acquifers on a private market. I oppose.
  • No Conflict of Interest. I am not an employee of a municipal bond securities firm, or of a municipal water utility, or a private water company.
  • Maintain fiscal integrity and high bond rating of WRD by implementing the two previous priorities.
