The concept is making our community a more favarable landscape now and into the future for all californians.
As a candidate I am aware that we must establish priorities to protect members of our community. Foremost: our seniors need to know that the projected 33% water rates increases can be tempered to protect limited incomes in our community. I am your candidate to address this issue?

Secondly, The youth are our future and must have access to programs and parks that will enhance leadership and take them off our streets. As a member of wrd seat#1 i seek committee status to work on providing unrestricted grants for programs that foster youth development and growth via the external affairs committee.

Thirdly, Integrating a new order of Business ethics and compliance for the dollars which are entrusted to me as the candidate and the next elected official who must insure that the needs of the tax payer come first.
