Elect Tony Lomas

By Tony H. Lomas

Candidate for Board Member; Rosedale Union School District

This information is provided by the candidate
Hello. My name is Tony Lomas and I am asking for your vote November 7th, for Board Member - Rosedale Union School District.

As a parent, CPA and a long term community member, I can bring a balanced perspective to the Rosedale Union School Board. Through financial accountability we must maximize our resources to ensure our students are not shorted changed. We have the responsibility to taxpayers who are the stockholders of our district. The dividends we all receive are in educated students who will determine the future of our community.

My wife Barbara and I have three children who all attended Rosedale Schools. With our recent unprecedented growth, it is even more important that we not lose sight of our core values and obligation to our children, parents, and educators. Let parents, parent and teachers, teach. We must balance the needs of the students for a first-rate learning environment, with parent's concerns for a safe environment and educator's needs for a workable environment.

I have over 28 years of accounting experience. My financial background and common sense approach makes me the ideal person to represent the parents and children in the Rosedale Union School District.

We have all worked hard to build a quality community. Our children deserve the best we can offer. I believe we deserve the best possible value for our education dollars.

Please don't hesitate to contact me at (661) 589-8554. I need your support. May I have your vote?

Thank you,

Tony Lomas
