Leslie Kimball and her husband David moved to Tehachapi on a permanent basis four years ago. They have been property owners in the Tehachapi Valley for over 30 years. They have two sons and three grandchildren. Leslie has been involved with the Tehachapi Hospital Foundation as a sitting board member and also serves on the Board of the Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce. Leslie and David own Black Hawk Construction/Management Corp. and Leslie manages COS Mini Storage. Leslie is a retired interior designer and spends her spare time painting with a group of other artisans in Tehachapi.
