·Norris has been the highest scoring API district in Kern County for the past 5 years.

·All Norris Elementary schools scored in the top 8 this year.

·District scores have improved every year even with a 71% growth rate.

·Norris schools have highly qualified staff teaching at safe schools

As your trustee I have:

·Effectively managed rapid growth -- building schools when needed.

·Responsibily allocated resources -- even taking on the State of California to secure millions of dollars in matching funds and pressing for construction approvals saving our schools more than $500,000.

There is no substitute for proven leadership and experience.
