To relieve congestion, improve traffic safety, and match federal and state transportation funding for (1) widening/improving State Routes 14, 46, 58, 99, 178, 202, 223 and 395; (2) fixing potholes, maintaining local roads and synchronizing signals, (3) improving high accident locations and routes to schools, (4) and improving senior/disabled transit; shall Ordinance 06-01 authorizing a half-cent retail sales tax for twenty years be approved, including an Independent Taxpayers Oversight Committee to ensure voter mandates are met? Para aligerar la congestión, mejorar la seguridad de tránsito, e igualar los fondos de transportación federales y estatales para (1) ampliar/mejorar las Rutas Estatales 14, 46, 58, 99,178, 202, 223 y 395; (2) reparar los baches, mantener los caminos locales y sincronizar los semáforos, (3) mejorar los lugares de muchos accidentes y rutas a las escuelas, (4) y mejorar el transporte para personas de tercera edad/minusválidos; ¿ deberá la Ordenanza 06-01 autorizando el impuesto de venta al por menor de medio centavo por veinte años ser aprobada, incluyendo un Comité Independiente de Contribuy entes para la Supervisión para asegurar que los mandatos de los votantes se satisfagan?
