Director; San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District

By voting for me as the incumbent, you will allow the Board of Directors for the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District to maintain our continuity of leadership. This in turn allows me to continue to work on some very important long term goals. Some of those goals include...

- Making sure that the Fire District keeps up with the changes of the growing area and ensuring that our operational services keep pace with those demands. Because of the growth of the District, we must constantly evaluate the number and locations of the fire stations, as well as the replacement of old/outdated equipment.

- Working to improve our ambulance program to ensure that we provide the very best in service, now as well as in the future. Making sure that our program maintains its Certification, as well as ensuring that we provide enough ambulances per day to keep pace with the growing call volume.

- Helping to ensure that the residents of the Fire District are prepared for the next major disaster that strikes our area (IE a major earthquake) by continuing to serve on the C.E.R.T. Policy Committee.
