I have spent over 40 years in the automotive field and for the most part I have managed people and inventories. My main focus has always been cutomer satisfaction even before it became in vogue. By focusing on the customer I was always ahead of my competition and was able to lead employees to a higher plateau. I still receive many compliments from former and existing employees today in regards to my leadership.
