BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES

My passion for many years has been working one-on-one with individuals to help them find innovative ways to achieve various personal goals including personal and financial freedom, career advancement and education. These days as people are encouraged to trade more and more of their personal freedom for so called government benefits, I find it more gratifying than ever helping people to help themselves.

Over the years, my family and I have hosted many foreign students studying in America. I've sponsored the immigration of several people into the US, and provided assistance and advice as requested as they coped with the many challenges of establishing productive lives in America. I will be happy to make the biographical briefs I've written on some of these people available to anybody who would like to read them.

Below are examples of other ways I've been able to help people willing to apply personal effort for their own benefit.

• Devised ways for several families, who would never qualify for purchases under conventional terms, to acquire homes of their own.
• Instructed do-it-yourselfers in skills required for home improvement projects.
• Counseled people on responsible management of personal finance, savings and investments.
• Helped numerous clients devise successful job search and career advancement strategies.
• Personally funded a partial scholarship for a deserving student to attend Alsion Montessori School in Fremont.
