PLATFORM As a School Board Member, I will work to:

  • Close the proficiency and achievement gap in the district.
  • Strengthen Partnerships with City, Community and Business Organizations for additional resources.
  • Increase student enrollment.

PRIORITIES To achieve my goals as a School Board Member, the priorities will be:
  • Increase parent and student involvement in the decision-making process.
  • Implement District's Strategic Plan to develop and empower our students.
  • Employ proactive decisions based on our long-term goals and plans.

BELIEFS
  • Atul believes in providing students with a learning environment that is both safe and caring.
  • Atul believes in a strong collaboration with Parents, Students, Teachers, Administrators, Community Members, and all Stakeholders in the decision making process.
  • Atul believes in consistency, compassion and collaboration.
  • Atul promises to bring his strong personal and professional ethics to the board.
  • Most importantly, Atul believes student interests should always be Number 1.
