I am a parent of two grown sons and grandfather to 3 little boys who live in the Fremont/Newark area. I have been involved in youth sports (Babe Ruth Baseball) at the local and state level for over 20 years. I worked in the private sector of transportation for over 25 years. My strengths as a leader enable me to work collaboratively with community groups, elected officials and city governments. It is important to work cooperatively with agencies such as BART, MTC, ACTIA, etc. and be able to include diverse members of the community in this process to build consensus
