City of Berkeley Rent Stabilization Charter Amendment Measure. Shall the Charter of the City of Berkeley be amended to provide that vacancies in the office of Rent Stabilization Board Commissioner shall be filled at a general municipal election and that in the interim the position shall be filled by the Rent Stabilization Board by appointment?
