Position Papers
Illegal Immigrant Business License Revocation Act.
Jesse's Business License Revocation Act will do the following: Create jobs for American Citizens and Legal Residents. Prohibit employer hiring illegal immigrants. Establish mandatory prison sentences and penalties for hiring illegal immigrants.
Prisoner HIV "Mandatory Prevention Testing Before Release Act.
This legislation will enable prison officials to conduct the necessary HIV tests on all male prison inmates to implement new advancing HIV prevention strategies before their release from prison. The infection of Tijuana residents is increasing faster than in our Black communties.
Compulsive Gambler Addiction Prevention, Education and Treatment Act.
This Act will make sure residents gambling at Indians casinos get the proper health servicies. Jesse's Act will lead the way to find a solution to the "uncontrollable urge to gamble". There is no known cure of medication for the treatment of compulsive gamblers.
