To improve the quality of programs at Allan Hancock College by:
  • improving academic facilities to help students transfer to four-year colleges;
  • improving job training facilities for police, firefighter, healthcare and other careers;
  • upgrading aging buildings, classrooms & technology; and by
  • upgrading, acquiring, constructing, equipping buildings, sites and classrooms,

shall Allan Hancock Joint Community College District issue $180,000,000 in bonds, at legal rates, appoint a Citizens’ Oversight Committee to monitor expenditures and no money for administrators’ salaries?
Para mejorar la calidad de los programas en el Colegio Allan Hancock por medio de:
  • mejorar las instalaciones académicas para ayudarles a los alumnos a trasladarse a colegios de cuatro años,
  • mejorar las instalaciones de capacitación para empleo para la policía, los bomberos, la asistencia de salud y otras carreras,
  • actualizar los edificios viejos, los salones de clase y la tecnología, y por medio de
  • actualizar, adquirir, construir, equipar los edificios, los recintos y los salones de clase,

¿deberá el Distrito Colegio Comunitario Colectivo Allan Hancock emitir $180,000,000 en bonos, a índices legales, nombrar un Comité de Conciudadanos para la Supervisión para monitorear los gastos y nada de dinero para los salarios de los administradores?
