Measure A. An Ordinance Prohibiting the Exercise of Eminent Domain for Private Purposes -- County of Orange

Shall the ordinance prohibiting the County of Orange from exercising the power of eminent domain to acquire property from a private owner, without that owner's consent, when the purpose of the acquisition is to convey the property to another private party, be adopted?

Measure B. Yorba Linda Right-to-Vote Amendment -- City of Yorba Linda (Initiative - Majority Approval Required)

This proposed initiative ordinance, to be known as the Yorba Linda Right-to-Vote Amendment, would amend the Yorba Linda General Plan and Zoning Code to require the voter approval, by a majority vote of the electorate, for a Major Amendment to a Planning Policy Document.

To repair and modernize all Rowland Unified School District schools; upgrade classrooms, science/computer labs, libraries; address building safety issues including .- electrical capacity, deteriorating restrooms/plumbing and HVAC; acquire furniture, equipment, an ; make necessary improvements and construction to school facilities, shall the District issue $118,000,000 of bonds at interest rates within legal limits, providing annual audits, establishing a citizens' oversight committee to guarantee that all money raised benefits local children?
