Electing honest, bold, progressive Democratic leaders as public servants

By Daniel Tamm

Candidate for Member, Democratic Party County Central Committee; County of Los Angeles; Assembly District 40

This information is provided by the candidate
In order to carry out political priorities of ending the war in Iraq, achieving universal healthcare and removing the massive amount of money which is choking the democratic political process, we need to develope honest, intelligent and courageous progressive Democrats to commit themselves to public service.
The simple truth is that public service is about serving the public. We need to restore that meaning in LA County and cultivate it in the state of California. I am dedicated to finding and encouraging the authentic public servants among us. I want us to be lifting up the courageous, original thinking, compassionate and effective leaders among us so that communities throughout the county have real choices in candidates, choices that are inspiring and make people proud to live in a democracy.

If we do this, we will strenghten the political will to end the war in Iraq, provide universal healthcare and drive the moneylenders out of the temple of democracy.
