Summary of Qualifications Twenty years of experience as a counselor, project coordinator, program manager, administrator and CEO in the Behavioral Healthcare field. Strong interpersonal skills with a background in public relations. Proven track record in managing systems which emphasize outreach, assessment, training, client services, personnel supervision, and interagency collaborations. Governance role (Board of Directors) with non-profit, community based, agencies. Experience in civic affairs as a volunteer (Sanitation District 5, Ryan White Aids Consortium and California Hep C Task Force) and officer with community/county/state advisory boards.
