Proposed Caruso Project at Santa Anita Park

We need Council Members with experience and know-how to oversee the important role of processing this application

So the question is not "Caruso or nothing," it is "Caruso or something else."

Looking at the various alternatives for development of the property, I feel a commercial development along the lines that Caruso is proposing would be best for the Arcadia and its citizens.

There are many details of the project which need scrutinizing and safeguards for the community that must be put in place. I want to have the opportunity to insure that the final development, whatever it is, is done properly for our citizens.
