Jim Choura is a successful businessman who has always worked hard to give back to the community. In addition to serving on the school district board, he is Chief Executive Officer of the El Dorado Management Group, which employs more than 160 people, operates The Grand Long Beach Event Center, El Dorado Park Golf Course Restaurant and Event Center, and Galley Catering Company. He provides food services to California State University Long Beach and to numerous charitable causes.
