Candidate for
Council Member; City of Foster City

I was born and raised in San Francisco. I attended public schools in San Francisco and upon graduation from Balboa High School I went on to the University of San Francisco where I graduated in 1973. As a child I developed a strong work ethic early on which I used to help supplement my family's income and to support myself through college. Upon graduation I became a police officer for the next 31 years up until my retirement in 2004. I have raised 4 children and view myself as a fortunate and fulfilled person who has reached a point in life where a need exists to repay my community for the employment it provided me for the past 29 years, allowing me to purchase a home and raise a family. My 30 year committment to Foster City has no bounds and if elected I will not allow partisan politics to cloud my common sense nor my dedication.
