- Maintain a fiscally solvent budget
-
Maintain a fiscally solvent budget, to avoid any layoff of employees or elimination of programs, to seek outside grants and to increase revenue through rental or sale of surplus property, to provide salary increases, and to explore revenue generating partnerships to meet budget needs.
- Improve test scores and retain our programs
-
We need to continue to raise our test scores. Keeping class size reduction enables our teachers to meet the needs of all students. We have adopted an enriched English Language Learners Program to enable many of our students to become fluent in English comprehension. Our P.E., Computer and Library Aides are necessary to assist our teachers in helping our students be successful in all areas.
- Continue partnerships and increase parent involvement
-
We need to expand our partnerships with civic and businesses in order to avoid duplication of services as well as increasing our revenue. Continue our partnership with the City of Daly City and Town of Colma. Suppport Kids First Foundation
