I FEEL LOCAL GOVERNMENT EXISTS TO PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF ITS' RESIDENTS

I support taxing residents last only after all forms of visitor taxation have been maximized.
I believe capital improvement and revenue expenditures should benefit residents first.

IF YOU NEVER ELECT CHANGE INTO LOCAL GOVERNMENT, THEN LOCAL GOVERNMENT WILL NEVER CHANGE
