Stop Wasteful Spending

I believe all school districts in California should take a long hard look at where the money is being spent - especially during difficult budget years.
School districts have a responsibility to spend the public's money wisely. School districts also have a responsibility to educate their staff and community about the budget so that when cuts to staff and/or programs are absolutely necessary everyone understands why. If people don't understand the "why" they feel frustrated which in turn creates distrust and dissension.
