Candidate for
Governing Board Member; Pioneer Union School District

I have no political aspirations beyond this position in the Pioneer Union School District. I am seeking office because many people have asked me to run. They believe in my ability to be objective, fair, open-minded, a creative problem solver, and honest. I understand that the position of a Board member is to responsibly manage district resources to their fullest potential, and to explore every alternative to insure that students receive the highest quality of education possible. Due to the current political issues concerning education, I am sure that there will be many challenges ahead for the School Board. I feel I would bring a new, yet still "down to earth" perspective to the Board, and am ready to tackle any challenges that may come before the District.
