We need to be successful in both Iraq and Afghanistan, or we will leave failed states as launching pads for terrorism rather than representative forms of government with secure militaries.
Balanced Budget
We have strayed from fiscal conservatism, as our entitlement spending continues to grow, the budget deficit reaches records highs, and our national debt nears eight trillion dollars.
Immigration
The costs of illegal immigration caused by the federal government's failure to fulfill its obligations are unfairly burdening the states.
