BUSINESSBy John KellyCandidate for United States Representative; District 48 | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
"After opening my own business, I was motivated to champion the rights of the small business person." -John KellyAs a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of running a balanced budget, controlling costs and seeking the best value and employees. If American business owners can successfully operate without an unlimited supply of funds, so can the United States Government. I want to give small business owners an edge against major corporations by providing tax benefits and incentives. I also want to set up programs that will encourage young people to go into business for themselves and provide the networks that will actually help them succeed. I refuse to turn a blind eye to unlawful hiring practices and want to see business owners who hire illegal immigrants thrown in jail and heavily fined. |
