Only Candidate to Support | Increased Federal FundingAs former first lady Nancy Reagan and many other concerned leaders believe, embryonic stem cell research has the potential to better understand and cure disabling diseases that affect more than 100 million Americans. Illnesses that will benefit include: Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury Alzheimer's (which crippled President Reagan, and many others. However, the funds for researching these stem cells and finding the cures must come from government.
