2nd Amendment StanceBy Jeff MorganCandidate for United States Representative; District 2; Republican Party | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Infringing on the rights of law-abiding citizens to own guns will not be supported.I grew up on a farm near West Union where my father taught me how to hunt and use a firearm. I have great appreciation for the great outdoors. I believe in the basic right of protection through self-defense. Hunting and fishing have always been enjoyable leisure activities for me and my family. I support the rights of citizens outlined in the 2nd Amendment. I do not believe further registration, restrictions, or regulations will make the people of Ohio safer. In other words, you can count on me when gun-banners try to enact new legislation restricting the rights of gun owners. |
