Russ has been a resident and active member of the Claremont community for 43 years. He retired from his 30-year police career in 2003. Having grown up here, and worked here most of his adult life, he has the institutional knowledge and appreciates Claremont's rich history. He recognizes the value of community service as a means of contributing to his "home town." For the past 30 years, you have seen him "giving back" by actively participating in a variety of organizations, projects and programs, such as:
