Answer from Glen Miller:
Experience as a teacher, academic dean, entrepreneur, and a veteran of the US Air Force, I am a mature individual that can represent all the people of the 34th district. I have worked with and served people from all social and economic levels and have experience as a negotiator.
Answer from Tom Brinkman:
Life long resident of the 34th District. An over burdened taxpayer since birth. 100% pro-life from conception to natural death. I desire lower taxes, limited government. I have kept every promise I made and have 100% attendance.

3. What do you see as the two most pressing issues you would address if elected? What plans do you have relative to those issues?
|
Answer from Glen Miller:
The two most pressing issues are education and jobs. My first priority when elected will be to honor the Ohio Supreme Court and correct the financing of education in Ohio. Continued reliance on the antiquated property tax to support education is not only unconstitutional but unethical. Good paying jobs for the citizens of Ohio is also a concern and I will support the governor in bringing initiatives to the voters to create jobs.
Answer from Tom Brinkman:
Out of control spending & oppressive taxes. I will work & vote for limited government and lower taxes. Always.
