Has been a resident of Simi Valley since 1985.He has a son who is a senior at Simi Valley High School.He is married to Adrian for 20 years. Both his wife and son volunteer at the Rancho Simi Park and Recreation district. Mr. Gould and family have been PTA members for many years. He has served on school site council, as well as one of the Neigborhood Councils. He has also served on the city's Tree Advisory Committee,and belongs to the Education Foundation.
