Dear Oakdale Neighbor: I send you this note to gain your support in my candidacy for City Council. I am mindful this job will require a great deal of commitment and I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to be a part of the effort to keep Oakdale a thriving community. I believe in:

  • Fiscal Responsibility + I will use my business experience to manage your tax dollars wisely.
  • Public Safety + I will work to make Police and Fire services a priority.
  • Friendly Business Environment + I will work to make a business friendly community increasing our employment opportunities.
  • Responsible Growth + I will work to make growth pay for itself.
  • Protecting our Agricultural Heritage + I will work to protect agriculture and its importance in our community.
  • Accessibility + I will work for and be accessible to you, the residents of Oakdale.

As a lifelong resident in this area, I have watched Oakdale change. My successful business experience will enable me to work with the business community, other local governments and the school district to continue building a prosperous future without sacrificing our rich heritage. I stand ready and committed to serve our community.
