- Health Care for All
-
No one should be without health care. We are the only modern industrial country without a national health plan covering everyone. We need to join the rest of the modern world and guarantee health care for every resident of this country.
- War and Peace
-
Peace is the only true security. Self defense may at times be necessary, but a serious policy of working for more justice in the world, and striving for friendly relations with all nations, will do more to create a peaceful world than all the world's armies.
- Expand Democracy
-
The right to vote is the most important tool we citizens possess. It is the one thing we can use against the rich and powerful interests that are taking away our jobs, destroying the environment, threatening our retirement, corrupting the political process, eroding our health care, upsetting world peace, and generally screwing up life for all of us.
