Questions & Answers

1. What can be done to ensure that California gets its fair share of federal resources?

Taxpayer's dollars now wasted on taxpayer's NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (such as defense space research, military aid to other countries, unneeded buildings such as sports arenas), should be diverted to a new 2-year grant program which would create a full-employment economy centered on green technology research & development, and environmental restoration work in every watershed.

Legalize and tax hemp & marijuana, PROFIT from growing as a substitute for current sources of paper, food, fossil fuel products, and hydroelectric and nuclear energy. Widespread legal growing of cannabis plants can provide shade for young trees, clean dirty air by removing carbon dioxide, and prop up a failing economy & environment.

2. What are your foreign policy priorities for the United States?

Governments should BUY the necessary resources to function through the free market, rather then spend trillions of taxpayer's war dollars STEALING them from other nations. The United States military must withdraw from its occupation of Iraq immediately.

3. What are your priorities for the federal budget?

For an increased tax base to retire our national deficit and debt, charge ONE CENT tax Federal, State, & County for every dollar transaction. Currency and derivatives speculation must be directly taxed to put human needs before private greed.

Businesses & Landowners should get tax exemptions & deductions only for money spent employing & benefitting people restoring OUR Earth. Cut tax loopholes for rapacious developers and job exporters.
