1. What can be done to ensure that California gets its fair share of federal resources?

By insuring the federal government recieves its own resources based on a fair, just, and simple progressive tax.
Target federal assistanse toward creation of affordable housing in the San Diego to ensure the Department of Defense does not justifiably remove military installations from San Diego to protect military personnal from the low standard of living experienced by workers in our area.
2. What are your foreign policy priorities for the United States?

- Stop Unilateral / Preemptive Wars
- Ratify the Kyoto Protocol
- Ratify Land Mine Treaty
- Enable Creation of Non-US Led International Humanitarian (Anti-Genocide) Operations Command
- Integrate International War Crimes Provisions Into Enforceable Federal Law
- Revoke the American War Crimes Impunity Act (American Servicemembers Protection Act)
- Ratify the Rome Treaty Establishing the International Criminal Court (ICC)
- Ratify Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions for the Protection of Civilians in war.
3. What are your priorities for the federal budget?

- Restore Pre-Reagan Top Tax Rate (70%) for Richest 1%
- No Special Tax Benefit for Unearned Income
- Restore the Estate Tax / Stop Protecting the children of Millionaires from Capitalism
- Maintain Tax on Stock Dividends / Give Tax Breaks to Those Who Actually Earn Their Income
