1. What can be done to ensure that California gets its fair share of federal resources?

Answer from Victor Elizalde:

Elect officials that best represent the needs of the state and replace career politicians who are beholden to special interest groups.

2. What are your foreign policy priorities for the United States?

Answer from Victor Elizalde:

1) Continue war on terrorists 2) Fair trade 3) Copyright protection

3. What are your priorities for the federal budget?

Answer from Victor Elizalde:

Increase funding for education. Increase funding for Medicare / Universal healthcare Increase tax on tobacco and luxury items
