Tim Shell is the Candidate of Choice. He is running for election so that you can choose who you want to represent you, instead of allowing the Board of Directors at the Vallecitos Water District decide who they want to represent you.

Tim Has the Experience and Education to Represent Your Interests on the Vallecitos Board of Directors.

Tim was raised in the Harmony Grove area just outside San Marcos and Escondido. He has attended the local schools, including Escondido High School and Palomar College. Tim was Valedictorian of his High School Class, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Tim has also earned an MBA from Cal State San Marcos, with an emphasis in Government Management. Tim is a Registered Professional Engineer, and he worked at the San Diego County Water Authority for over 7 years, giving him broad experience in the water industry. Tim currently works for the City of Vista as a Principal Engineer, and was recently honored with the City Manager's Award of Excellence.

Tim has been married to his wife, Kim, for 17 years. Tim and Kim have an 8 year old daughter named Arianna, and a 6 year old son named Joseph. Tim and his family attend Emmanuel Faith Community Church in Escondido, where Tim and Kim help out in the sound room and the children's programs.
