Candidate for
Board Member; Valle De Oro Community Planning Area

I am a long-time resident of East County anxious to utilize my education and experience in Project Management, Urban Planning, and the law to benefit the residents of East County. For many years, I have worked to enhance communities by preserving land, promoting reasonable growth, and revitalizing communities through redevelopment.

One of the main reasons I live in East County is the rural nature of the area combined with the suburban conveniences of shopping, entertainment, leisure activities, and transportation. Since 1969, I have seen the many changes that have occured in East County. By serving on the Valle de Oro Planning Group, I can work to both preserve and enhance the area for its residents as well as give back to the community that has given so much to me and my family over the years.

By electing Joel Hyatt to the Valle do Oro Planning Group, East County residents are guaranteed that my education, experience, and integrity are working to protect and enhance their community.
