Prop R implementationBy Bill GarrettCandidate for Board Member; Grossmont Cuyamaca Community College District; Seat 3 | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Prop R was passed by the district's voters almost two years ago. It is imperative that the monies be properly spent.Prop R, passed overwhelmingly by the District's voters two years ago, will go far to improve the campuses at Grossmont and Cuyamaca colleges. There is a finite amount of money, however, and construction costs are spiraling out of control. We must make care, well thought out decisions as to how we will continue to get the "most bang for the buck" and provide each campus with the improvements that have been promised them. |
