My vision centers on basic improvements
within the school district that are essential to
increasing the effectiveness of the students'
learning environment.

· Focus on the well being of the whole student; socially, emotionally and academically. Tests alone do not determine the students' potential. · Establish a learning community that will attract and retain highly qualified staff. · Develop an atmosphere of cooperative inclusiveness where staff voices are included in local decision making, especially on classroom matters. · Foster positive communication pathways between the school, parents, and the community. · Provide constructive and meaningful avenues for addressing student and parent concerns. · Ensure that our schools, facilities, and students are safe at all times. · Seize opportunities to access resources throughout the city to achieve a quality student-learning environment.
