I'm running for Re-Election because:

• Of my life-long connection to the City of Mountain View, where my grandparents established an orchard over a century ago;
• I want to see our City continue to improve and enhance the overall quality of life that has given our City its charm; and
• To ensure that we continue to balance our City's budget and maintain our AAA credit rating.

• Strengthen neighborhoods and expand resident communications.
• Ensure effective use of taxpayer dollars to maintain public safety, city infrastructure, and senior and youth programs.
• Balance the City's budget by increasing revenues through economic development, not through additional fees. Support Smart Growth principles and water conservation so our existing infrastructure is not overloaded.
• Work with local school boards to improve youth programs, recreational field use, and open space.
