Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Anita M. Elovitz

Candidate for
City Council Member; City of Buellton

This information is provided by the candidate

West Hwy 246 Improvement + The City Council needs to ensure that the improvements provide the highest standard of safety for all Buellton residents. I will pursue the best interests of our citizens.

Flying Flags RV Park + This long-standing establishment of Buellton was recently purchased with the proposed use as more residential units. This project requires more study to ensure that any changes protect Buellton's character and community interests. I will do the work required.

Oak Springs Village Project - This project located at Hwy 246 and McMurray Road has an approved Specific Plan. The City Council needs to maintain its vigilance to ensure the agreed upon plan is implemented as approved. I will maintain this vigilance.

River View Park + This project will officially break ground on October 2nd. The Sunset Tax Initiative could jeopardize this desperately needed public park.
