Re-open Folsom Dam Road and start construction of the new bridge.Our growth has brought accompanying issues including traffic congestion. We need to evaluate other alternatives to reduce traffic congestion. We need to review the closure of Folsom Dam Road and re-open it as soon as possible while starting the construction of the new bridge next to the Folsom Dam Road. I have the background and experience to re-open Folsom Dam Road. |
