Candidate for
Director; Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District; Division 4

Upon completion of post graduate Christian Education and Theological studies at Southern Kentucky Theological Seminary, and subsequent Licensing of Ministry in 1978, I served on staff (after being ordained in 1983)at my home church, until being called to first Pastorate in 1990. A labor of love, pastoring for 14 years (after 12 years on staff) has intrinsic rewards that stem from serving my fellow man and seeing an inward change manifested by the outward growth.

To supplement the financial stipend from the Ministry, I was sworn into the service of the United States Government in 1998. I remain in the Federal sector and am proud to be an employee of the United States of America. After spending over a year, recovering from being injured on duty, I recently returned to the employ of the Federal Government and once again, face its challenges.

I love my Maker, I love my Savior, I love my Family, and, I love my Country. And, I look forward to accepting the challenge of serving the Rate Payers of Division 4 within the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District.
