Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and learn more about my campaign for Orange City Council. I hope that based on what you read about my background, experience, philosophy and commitment to this great city, I'll have earned the honor of your support.

Simply put, I care deeply about the direction of our city. My wife and I love Orange. We love raising our children here and enjoying the many wonderful qualities that set Orange apart from the rest of Orange County. I am running to ensure Orange will always be terrific community in which to live and raise a family + as well as a thriving center of commerce and job creation.

My priorities as an Orange City Councilmember would be:

· Combating traffic gridlock

· Enhancing public safety by giving police officers and firefighters the tools they need to do their job

· Renewing our city's commitment to parks and recreational opportunities

· Streamlining city hall and making Orange a business friendly city committed to job creation

Focusing on these fundamental local government responsibilities is vital.

I have strong roots in Orange. I have been a senior executive for a major Orange based business. I have also been an Orange Chamber of Commerce director and a member of the Orange Economic Development Partnership. I worked to attract and retain businesses in Orange.

My wife and I were married here, and our children attend school here. We are active in Orange Little League, Central Orange Fast-Pitch Softball, Christian Youth Theater, Cub Scouts, and the Orange YMCA Indian Princess Program.

I am a strong fiscal conservative and I want to put my management skills to work to make sure that taxpayers are protected at city hall.

If we all work together, we can make Orange an image of President Reagan's "shining city on the hill".
