Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Juan Pablo Serrano-Nieblas

Candidate for
Mayor; City of Orange

This information is provided by the candidate

My Name is Juan Pablo Serrano-Nieblas. I was born in Orange in 1940, into a family of migrant farm workers. I am a descendant of the indigenous tribes, the original inhabitants of Orange. My Forefathers thrived in this paradise given to us by the Creation, long before the invasion by the Spanish, who enslaved us in the name of their false god, to the first white German settlers, who murdered us for sport and terrorized us into disappearing among the Mexican populations.

Once again, I am bringing to your attention a preposterous plan for a massive over-development in the hills of eastern Orange by the Irvine Company, a generous donor to local politicians.

As if it wasn't bad enough, here they go again with Phases II and III, placing future lives, both human and animal, as well as properties, into the line of dangerous, naturally recurring wildfires and earthquakes, given that these hills are all made of loose shale material.

In Phase I, the Irvine Company Literally stacked homes on a hillside surmounted by two huge tanks filled with millions of gallons of water. At the bottom of this hill, a natural bowl, they built an elementary school. These evil, greedy developers will stop at nothing for a profit, and damn the consequences of natural disasters.

In the view of the blatant corruption of past and present city officials by this company, I demand that these developments be placed on the ballot for a referendum by the citizens of Orange who are most impacted. We must stop growing human populations from polluting our Orange hills, which are our precious watershed.

I am a decorated United States Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam-era, with an honorable discharge. I have served my country now I wish to serve my city. I may be a poor man, but I am rich with ideas of how to make our city a safer, better place to live for everyone.

I do appreciate your vote. Please, keep your money you need it more than I do. Thank you for your time, and remember Juan Pablo for Mayor.
